§ 8-7. Advisory council.

There is hereby created an emergency services advisory council consisting of five (5) citizens appointed by the mayor, to advise the mayor and the director on all matters pertaining to emergency services. The mayor shall serve as chairman of the council, and the members thereof shall serve without compensation.
