§ 7-2. Swimming pool code adopted.

Latest version.

The 1994 edition, with 1978 revisions, of the Swimming Pool Code, as recommended by the Southern Standard Building Code Congress International, is hereby adopted and not less than three (3) copies of said code shall be filed in the city clerk's office; the same are incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this section, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the construction and equipping of all swimming pools within the corporate limits of the city.
