§ 5-2. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person violating any portion of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor in excess of two hundred dollars ($200.00), and, if the violation is continuing, each violation shall be considered a separate offense.
