§ 3-38. Warehouse or bond.

No license as a wholesale dealer and distributor shall be issued to any person who does not have a warehouse within the corporate limits of the city. In lieu of a warehouse any person applying for a license as a wholesale dealer and distributor may furnish the city collector a cash bond in the amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) as security for faithful performance of all of the requirements and regulations of the city.
