§ 27-2. Identifying vehicles.

Each taxicab operated under the provisions of this chapter shall conform to the following:
(a)

Each vehicle belonging to a certificate holder must be painted the same color, and for identification purposes each company shall have its own unique color.

(b)

The company name and the word "Taxi" must be prominently displayed on each side of the vehicle.

(c)

The vehicle's identifying number must be displayed on each side and on the rear panel.
