It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle loaded with cows, horses,
mules, hogs, goats and sheep within the following area: Beginning at the intersection
of State Line Ave., and East Broad St., running north to the north boundary line of
Third St.; thence along the north boundary line of Third Street to the east side of
Laurel St.; thence south on Laurel St., to the south side of Broad St.; thence west
on Broad St.; to point of beginning.
