§ 14-8. Use of mobile homes for construction office.

  • A temporary certificate of occupancy allowing mobile homes used solely as construction offices to be temporarily parked, maintained and/or occupied on a designated lot or land location, may be issued by the building inspector where the inspector's findings as a fact that the use of such mobile home does not violate the city or state building, electrical or plumbing codes or health regulations. All such certificates of occupancy shall be valid for a period of six (6) months and no more, after which they may be renewed upon similar evidence of use of such mobile home.
