§ 13-109. License—Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, maintain, conduct or operate a junkyard within the corporate limits of the city without first obtaining a license to do so as provided in this division. A separate license shall be secured for each junkyard located on noncontiguous lots, blocks, tracts or parcels of land.
