§ 10-17. Enforcement; interpretation.

This division shall be enforced by the health officer in accordance with the interpretations thereof contained in the current edition of the state board of health rules and regulations, a certified copy of which shall be on file at the city clerk's office. Provided, however, that should any provision, item or part thereof fail to meet the minimum requirements of state law, the requirement of the state law shall apply to that provision, item or part thereof so affected.
