§ 10-1. Taxes to be charged.

There is hereby charged a two (2) per cent restaurant tax upon the gross receipts or gross proceeds received by establishments for operations within the city, and there is hereby charged a three (3) per cent hotel/motel tax upon the gross receipts or gross proceeds received by establishments for operations within the city.
